Kevin Younger, CEO and Owner

Kevin YoungerKevin YoungerKevin graduated from Shenandoah University with a Masters Degree in Physical therapy and received the K. Madison Smith Award for clinical excellence in the field of physical therapy. Kevin has taken extensive advanced coursework in sports therapy and training and was a collegiate lacrosse player as well as an elite cyclist. Kevin currently works with the Olympic Training Programs for cycling, Colorado Ice Arean Football Team, Peak to Peak Training Systems, Rocky Mountain Cycling Education Foundation, and Numerous World Class Athletes. Kevin's Clients have included National and World Champion cyclists.

Jonathan Garcia: Cycling and Running Coach

jonathan GarciaJonathan Garcia has been an endurance athlete for the past 18 years, giving him a wide range of knowledge and experience in both cycling and running.  Jonathan competed in cross-country and track for Western State College and was a national caliber steeplechaser. He started cycling in the spring of 2005, upgrading quickly from a Cat 4 to Pro and signing with the BMC Pro Cycling Team in 2007.
Jonathan raced at a world-class level in the U.S. and Europe. He gained valuable racing experience at events such as Tour of California, Tour de Georgia, Tour of Swiss, and Criterium International.  Jonathan has had the benefit of working with top coaches, strength and conditioning trainers, physiologists and sports psychologists.  As a coach, he draws knowledge from working with these experts as well as his own competitive experience. Jonathan has been involved with the Athletic Improvement Center since 2007  

Career Highlights:

 

-More than 25 top-10 finishes at NRC races
-Top-10 finish at the Good Luck Beijing Olympic Road Race Test Event in Beijing, China for Team USA
-Part of first-ever team time trial (TTT) squad comprised of only American riders to win a TTT in Europe (Giro del Friuli- Venezia, Italy)
-Wore Leaders Jersey in the Giro del Friuli- Venezia, Italy
-12th place overall Tour of Missouri (2007)

-Ran 2:38 at the 2011 Boston Marathon
