Methodology
Athletic Improvement Center's philosophy is to create a balanced and efficient body to optimize athletic performance. Every athlete is unique and has their own specific weeknesses that are limiting their performance. The average training program will only widen the gap between an athlete's strengths and weeknesses. Through extensive testing, we identify deficits in strength, power, endurance, and coordination as well as limitations in movement. Our coaches then provide you with a customized training program to eliminate those limitations and turn your weeknesses into strengths.

The methodology we utilize is extremely comprehensive and is patent pending. Our methodology is meant to provide each athlete with a completely customized program.

Our process consists of the following:
  • Identify goals, training status, and sport-specific demands
  • Test for limitations in movement, mobility, and stability
  • Test for deficits in power output, strength capacity, endurance, coordination and proprioception
  • Analyze the results of testing to design a comprehensive corrective program
  • Re-test to ensure weaknesses and deficits have been corrected
  • Design a comprehensive strength and conditioning program tailored to each athlete's goals,
    ability levels, sport demands and season (pre-season, off-season, in-season)
  • Every 4-6 weeks, we re-evaluate progress and make any necessary adjustments
