Performance Enhancement Program
Whether you are a professional athlete looking for that extra edge to put you ahead of the competition, a high school athlete looking to take your game to the college level or a weekend warrior looking to reduce your aches and pains, our Perfoemance Program is for you. Over the course of 12 weeks, we will help you identify exactly what your weeknesses are and design a program to eliminate them. Realize your true athletic potential!
Program includes:
At the conclusion of the initial 12-week program, we re-test every athlete to ensure their deficits and weeknesses have been eliminated. At this point, the athlete is ready for more advanced, sport-specific programming covering each of the following components:

- Deficit Testing utilizing exclusive MRS equipment
- Functional Movement screen used to identify limitations in mobilty and stability
- Deficit review
- 12-week Program design focusing on correcting deficits, core stability, coordination, total body strength and work capacity
- Notebook for workout and private web-based notebook
- Three one-on-one personal training sessions to ensure proper technique on exercise
- Continual assisstance and monitoring of workouts
- Helpful Sport Specific Training Information
- Nutrition and Recovery Guidance
- Retest

- Sport-Specific Strength & Conditioning Program (4 weeks)
- Two one-on-one personal training sessions
- Continual assisstance and monitoring of workouts
